Rockets Beat Utah Jazz 120-115
Ron Artest scored 10 of his game-high 28 points in the second overtime, leading Houston to a 120-115 win over the Utah Jazz.
Yao Ming added 26 points and 11 rebounds for the Rockets, who won for the fifth time in seven contests. Rafer Alston went 3-for-13 from the field for 13 points and had 7 rebounds for the Rockets, who were without star Tracy McGrady (sore left knee).
Luis Scola tallied 10 points and 14 rebounds for Houston, which shot 39.2 percent from the field, but won its seventh straight home game.
Andrei Kirilenko had 20 points and 10 rebounds for Utah, which overcame a 16- point deficit early in the second half, only to lose for the third time in 4 games. Ronnie Brewer scored 23 and Deron Williams totaled 14 points and 11 assists for the Jazz, who were also short-handed as Carlos Boozer (strained left quad), Mehmet Okur (back spasms) and Paul Millsap (sprained left knee) sat out.
