HOUSE RULES FOR HORSE BETTING

Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed with a "yes" are accepted, please insure to check the pending wagers screen before logging out to see that your wagers where accepted. Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final, we cannot cancel confirmed wagers. Scratches: If a horse is scratched, all Win/Place/Show wagers will be refunded and the portion of Exacta/Trifecta/Superfecta/Quinella combos that contain the scratched horse will be refunded. For Daily Doubles, if a horse is scratched before the 2nd leg, a consolation will be paid on that combo, as specified by the track payouts. Odds and Limits: Win, Place, Show wagers pay full track odds. All other wagers pay full track odds up to a maximum pay out of 300 to 1. There are no limits on how much you can place on any one horse or bet type. However, you will see that each ticket has a bet limit (typically $1,000), you simply need to make multiple bet tickets to get to the bet amount you seek. There is a $20,000 limit per betting ticket. There are no house odds. If there are no track payoffs for a certain type of wager, all wagers on that type will be refunded.
